Wicked Weeders 5th March

Sorry for the late update. I was waiting for the 7 pm weather, which wasn’t as helpful as I was hoping 🙄

I would really like to return to Hipapatua, so I am keen to see what the morning brings. If it is not too wet and nasty, head to the winter campsite at Hipapatua (which is still open) check over the plants and release the plants from the long grass and the nasty convolvulus that just keeps coming back.

I will bring along some extra tools for anyone keen to come along: grubbers, shears, some stakes to identify plants and the morning tea😁

Dont forget your gloves, bring your raincoat and it will be wet underfoot ☂️

I plan to be at Hipapatua from 930 - 1130am up the top alongside Huka falls road.
