Wicked Weeders 16th April

Hi all

The plan for tomorrow is to wander along the Honey Trail and remove any remaining blackberry growing around and through the plants. Andrew Hilton has already cleaned up the area with a scrub bay, making the plants look good, but there are still some remnants of blackberry growth that we can remove.

I will bring a few grubbers, shears, hand tools and morning tea 😁 Don’t forget your gloves for today; It will be a bit prickly. 🌵🌵 And maybe your raincoat. There could be a passing shower in the morning but it still looks all good to head out 🌦️

The Honey Trail runs next to the planned Karatoto planting site. Park up at the Honey Hive and we will start from there.

We are sticking to the 930am start for tomorrow but will change it to the afternoon start after the school holidays on 30th April 1230-245pm
